What your membership includes

Weekly Watch provides one public-search report per calendar week, using the source categories you authorize, and a weekly refresh of your connected YouTube, TikTok, or X accounts when you select it. Search is limited to up to 10 results per selected category. Account coverage is described beside each connection. Reports and account snapshots appear privately in your AthleteAhead advisor. Email delivery is not included.

Search matches require your identity and context review. Results depend on provider coverage, permissions, quotas, and availability. The service does not guarantee complete internet coverage, scholarships, partnerships, a particular brand value, or eligibility decisions.

Price and renewal

Paid enrollment is currently closed. No new live payment can be collected through this site until its services and billing are enabled.

Stripe hosts checkout and manages payment details. AthleteAhead never receives your full card number. Subscriptions start after Stripe confirms payment; simply saving preferences, connecting a social account, or opening checkout does not create a paid membership.

Cancel or update payment

Open Advisor → Weekly watch → Manage membership to view invoices, update payment details, or cancel renewal. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then. Pausing searches, disconnecting an account, or hiding a profile does not cancel your subscription. If the portal is unavailable, contact the operator below.

Payment failures may pause monitoring access. You can still open the billing portal to resolve a payment or cancel. For a billing error or refund request, contact support with the invoice reference. A request does not automatically issue a refund.

Your permissions

Automated monitoring and direct account connections are available to adults managing their own athlete profiles. Each social platform shows its permissions before authorization. You can withdraw search permission, pause weekly refresh for an account, or disconnect it from the advisor. Connected snapshots are private; sharing them is not automatic.
